Jennifer is the lead trainer of INSIGHTful Mediation Training where the focus is training mediators to work with emotions and conflict in a productive manner that transforms and preserves relationships. Gwen and Jennifer are committed Christians who believe there are a variety of disputes affecting believers that must be resolved in ways that should not contravene biblical principles.
